For trainers & training providers in Malaysia

Enquiries go cold. Course admin piles up.

We build websites and training management systems for Malaysian trainers and training agencies: capture enquiries, prepare courses and track follow-up. You use them to run your business.

What we deliver

  • Your website: designed, built and published, with agreed programme pages, an enquiry form and editing access.
  • Your business systems: applications and automation for the sales, course administration and reporting you need.
  • NLC (NexLevelCode): a private AI workspace connecting assistants, your business information and authorised tools.

Questions corporate buyers, HR and L&D need answered

Two businesses. Different pressures.

Start with the work that keeps getting stuck.

TrainFoundry is a service by ABUNDANT IMPACT SDN BHD. We design, build and publish websites, business systems and automation for training businesses in Malaysia. Choose the offer that matches how you run training.

1 · You teach and run the business

TrainFoundry Trainer

For trainer–providers working alone or with one or two staff. Enquiries wait while you teach; preparation, follow-up and invoicing spill into your evenings.

Deliverables to choose from:

  • Website and course catalogue: a published site with programme pages and enquiry capture.
  • Enquiries and proposals: a customer relationship management (CRM) workspace for client briefs, proposal templates and next-action reminders.
  • Material preparation: reusable outlines, worksheets and review steps for content you create.
  • Course organiser: booking details, preparation checklists, joining instructions and attendance records.
  • Marketing and follow-up workflows: drafts and reminders that you review before sending.
  • Business dashboard: invoice status, outstanding receipts and client-report templates.

2 · You market and organise other trainers

TrainFoundry Training Provider

For training providers and agents who usually do not teach: solo operators, small companies and teams of 20–30. Leads lose their owner, trainer details scatter and sales promises get lost at handover.

Deliverables to choose from:

  • Agency website and course catalogue: a published site for the programmes you market, with enquiry capture.
  • Sales and proposals: a training agency CRM with lead owners, next actions, trainer costs, margins and approval steps.
  • External trainer directory and scheduling: expertise, availability records, assignments and clash checks.
  • Sales-to-delivery handover: the accepted brief, trainer, fee, course checklist and operations owner together.
  • Course administration: registrations, attendance, document checks and certificate approval workflows.
  • Finance and team dashboard: receipts, delivery costs, incomplete tasks and management reports.

We build the agreed website using your approved content, test its pages and enquiry form, and publish it to your agreed domain. We configure your selected systems, automation and NLC workspace.

03 · Hand over

Use it to run your business.

We provide editing and user access, show you how to use the systems, and maintain what the agreement covers. You manage customers, records, content and training.

Do I need a new website, learning platform or AI-search work?

Website: we can improve an existing site if it meets your needs, or build and publish a new one.

AI-search visibility: optional work to structure programme information and monitor visibility. Rankings and enquiries are not guaranteed.

Learning platform: add learner access, assessments and cohort reports where needed. Check your corporate client’s existing platform first.

Learning simulations: agree the decisions learners practise and the feedback they receive. Your subject expert supplies and approves the content and scoring.

Illustrative tool outputs

Sample proposals, checklists and reports.

Fictional examples of outputs your team could prepare. They are not client results, working applications or an included content-production service.

View four fictional examples
Fictional proposal excerpt

A proposal tied to a client brief.

Programme: Feedback conversations for new supervisors.

Read the sample excerpt
Client need
New supervisors need a repeatable way to address missed commitments without avoiding the conversation.
Practice objective
Describe the observed behaviour, ask for the employee’s perspective and agree a specific next action.
Delivery approach
A facilitator models the conversation, then participants practise a client-approved workplace scenario in pairs.
Evidence to agree
A scenario rubric during training and an optional workplace action review with the client.

Programme content and client-specific examples require trainer approval.

Fictional course-run checklist

A visible owner for the next step.

Run: Supervisor workshop · proposed date to be confirmed.

Read the sample checklist
  • Your sales owner: confirm the client brief and approved scope.
  • Your programme lead: approve examples, exercises and the evidence plan.
  • Your coordinator: reconcile participant names and missing joining details.
  • Your trainer: confirm materials and room or online-session readiness.
  • Your coordinator: reconcile attendance and prepare the closeout pack for review.

This is an illustrative checklist, not a live task tracker or a funding-compliance checklist.

Fictional reporting structure

A report that separates the evidence.

Report: Feedback-conversation workshop closeout.

Read the sample report structure
Satisfaction
Summarise participant feedback and response coverage; do not label enjoyment as learning.
Learning
Summarise performance against the agreed scenario rubric, noting missing or incomplete evidence.
Workplace application
Record the agreed action plan and follow-up method. Until follow-up happens, state “not yet assessed”.
Limits
No claim of financial return or lasting behaviour change without suitable evidence.

No participant scores or actual outcomes are asserted in this sample.

Fictional simulation brief

A decision with meaningful feedback.

Scenario: A team member has missed an agreed deadline.

Read the sample activity brief
Decision to practise
Choose how to open the conversation: make an accusation, state the observed missed commitment and ask a question, or postpone the conversation.
Feedback
Explain how each choice affects clarity and the opportunity to understand the cause. Ask the learner to write a next action with an owner and date.
Scoring to validate
Use a subject-expert-approved rubric for specificity, listening and an agreed next action—not points for speed or entertainment.

An illustrative design brief, not a playable or validated simulation. Your subject expert supplies and approves the content and scoring; technical implementation and testing must be agreed.

Help corporate buyers decide

HR cannot shortlist what your website does not explain.

Corporate buyers, human resources (HR) and learning and development (L&D) teams need clear programme information before they enquire. These questions help them evaluate corporate training providers in Malaysia—and show what your website and systems need to answer.

TrainFoundry builds the pages and workflows below using your approved information. Your business supplies the training expertise, programme details and evidence.

How do we choose a corporate training provider in Malaysia?

Start with the work employees need to perform better, the target group and the evidence you will use to judge progress. Compare providers on relevant trainer experience, programme fit, practice activities, delivery arrangements and follow-up. Ask for a specific outline and verifiable references rather than choosing on a course title alone.

What we build: programme pages and enquiry forms that capture the buyer’s business problem, participants and desired outcomes. CIPD’s learning needs guidance explains how to connect learning needs with organisational priorities.

How can HR check a trainer’s experience and suitability?

Request the profile of the trainer who will deliver the programme, relevant industry experience, sample activities and permission to verify client references. Confirm delivery language, availability and what happens if a substitute trainer is needed. Qualifications and client logos alone do not show that a trainer fits your team’s needs.

What we build: trainer profile pages for a trainer–provider, or an external trainer directory and assignment records for an agency. You supply and verify credentials and references.

Can a training provider customise an in-house programme for our team?

Ask which parts will change: objectives, industry examples, exercises, duration, delivery language or assessment. Share the team’s roles and performance gaps, then agree the revised outline, who approves it and whether customisation affects the fee. A generic course with your company name added is not evidence of a tailored programme.

What we build: client-brief forms, proposal templates and approval steps that preserve the agreed scope from sales to delivery.

What should a corporate training quotation include?

Compare quotes against the same scope: trainer, objectives, duration, participant numbers, delivery format, materials, assessments and follow-up. Ask which venue, travel, tax, platform and cancellation charges apply, and what is excluded. A useful quote makes the total cost and responsibilities clear.

What we build: quotation templates, costing fields and approval workflows. Your team sets prices and approves the final quote.

How do we check whether a course is HRD Corp claimable?

Check the specific course and provider with HRD Corp, and confirm the employer’s eligibility and current grant requirements before committing. HRD Corp lists a quotation or invoice, training schedule or course content, and trainer profile among application documents. A provider’s website or a certificate does not itself establish grant approval.

What we build: fields for verified course information and document checklists your team maintains. TrainFoundry does not approve grants or guarantee claims. Refer to the current HRD Corp Claimable Courses guidance for eligibility, timing and required documents.

Should we choose in-house, public, online or blended training?

Choose the format around the skill being practised, group size, location, accessibility and time away from work. Ask about live practice, facilitator feedback, technology requirements and how remote participants will take part. Agree the format and support required before comparing fees.

What we build: course catalogue fields for delivery options, registration workflows and, where needed, learner access. We check the corporate client’s existing LMS before proposing another platform.

What post-training report should HR and L&D request?

Agree reporting before the course. Separate attendance and satisfaction from assessed learning and later workplace application. Define the assessment, baseline where relevant, reporting date and who will check application at work. Positive feedback alone does not prove behaviour change or financial return.

What we build: attendance records, assessment forms, feedback reports and follow-up reminders based on your approved measures. CIPD’s learning evaluation guidance covers evaluation, impact and transfer.

How should a training provider handle participant records and client reports?

Ask what personal information is collected, why it is needed, who can access it, where it is stored and how long it is retained. Agree how reports are shared, how records are corrected or removed and which third-party systems receive data. Request written responsibilities before uploading participant information.

What we build: agreed user roles, forms, record access and reporting workflows. Data handling, retention and integrations are defined in the project scope.

For trainer–providers: make your own expertise and programmes easy to assess. For training agencies: connect each programme with the proposed trainer, approved quote and delivery owner. Discuss the website and systems your buyers need.

Before you enquire

What you need to know.

What is TrainFoundry, and who is it for?

TrainFoundry is a website development, business systems and automation service by ABUNDANT IMPACT SDN BHD for training businesses in Malaysia. TrainFoundry Trainer supports people who teach and run their own business, alone or with one or two staff. TrainFoundry Training Provider supports agencies marketing other trainers, from solo operators to teams of 20–30.

Can you work with our existing website, spreadsheets or learning platform?

We review what you use before proposing a replacement. We can improve a suitable website or agree imports and integrations for existing records. Access, data quality, permissions and third-party limits determine what is possible. A learning management system (LMS) is only added when your programmes need learner access, assessments or learning records.

What information do you need to quote for our website or systems?

Start with the work that gets stuck, who handles it and how many course runs you manage. Share your existing website and tools, required pages, user roles, integrations and examples with personal information removed. We agree deliverables, content responsibilities, acceptance checks, costs and maintenance before building.

Will you build and publish our website?

Yes, when it is part of your agreed deliverables. We design, build, test and publish it, then hand over editing access. You provide and approve the content. Pages, domain, hosting and integrations are agreed before work starts.

What do we manage after handover?

Your team manages enquiries, proposals, records, content, training and customers. You approve pricing, sending, publishing, payments and certificates; automation follows your approved rules. We handle the agreed technical work.

What does technical maintenance cover?

The applications and automation named in your agreement, with defined coverage, limits and exclusions. It does not include business administration, ongoing content production or unlimited support and customisation.

Can we start with just one deliverable?

Yes. Start with your priority and existing systems. Your written proposal defines the build and maintenance costs, features, usage limits and external charges. Catalogue options are not automatically included or all ready-made applications.

Can we see a demonstration first?

Yes. Tell us what you want to improve and request an in-person demonstration. We will show relevant workflows and discuss what needs to be built for your business. Your enquiry does not confirm a booking or purchase.

Does this replace staff or guarantee results?

No. Your team still runs the business. Compare the cost with equivalent website and system development, automation and maintenance, including external charges. A part-timer may suit routine administration. Sales, savings, financial returns, search rankings, funding approval, accreditation and learning outcomes are not guaranteed.

How is this different from Authority Build?

TrainFoundry builds websites and systems for running a training business. Authority Build is a separate production project for positioning, frameworks, manuscripts, keynotes, speaker, brand, website and enquiry assets. You can commission either separately; one does not include the other.

Start with your priorities

What is getting in the way?

Tell us where enquiries, preparation or course administration get stuck. We can discuss the deliverables and arrange an in-person demonstration.

You do not need to choose software first. Fields marked * are required.

We will review your enquiry. Scope, price and any demonstration booking are agreed separately.
